Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves a therapist guiding a group of maximum of 12 clients. Group therapy is dynamic; people from diverse backgrounds and diverse worldviews.

This type of therapy is often in context of family dynamics. This means that this type of therapy looks at how family members influence one another and the state of the family homeostasis.
